Redesdale Consultancy Ltd is primarily ran by Paul Ainscow. Paul has been in the industry for 12 years, following starting in it just 2 days after leaving school.

Having supplied construction personnel within the North East throughout all of this time, Paul developed an unsurpassed understanding of the recruitment market, together with knowledge of the Built Environment, a combination which for many years now, has put him at the fore-front of the industry.
