Paul from Redesdale has successfully sourced our last 3 employees.

Our growing business warranted the decision to bring some key operational functions in-house and this meant creating our own 4N HQ based team in a relatively short space of time. Paul has sought to understand not only our operational business needs, but also the personality and culture of the business to ensure that his selection of possible candidates meets our needs with minimal impact on our time and effort. The most recent appointment was a difficult one to source as our person spec was non-standard and Paul did not waste our time with candidates who did not have the necessary background and attitude. Always amenable and very obviously keen to get it right, Paul has delivered every time, which has enabled us to develop a 4N HQ team of which we are incredibly proud.
